With headquarters located in Brasília, CNI is made up of a Board of Directors, an Audit Committee and a Council of Representatives with a mandate for the period 2006 to 2010. Its structure also embodies Standing Thematic Committees formed by leaders from the business world, and representatives of federations and sectoral associations of industries. CNI's technical team is under the coordination of the Executive Board. CNI also has a corporate area and a shared services area.
