Elaborated by CNI in 2005, in collaboration with other business confederations, this document expands the high priority infrastructure actions identified in the Minimum Agenda for Governability which was produced in the same year.

The Minimum Agenda for Infrastructure sets out the problems, solutions and a draft program of emergency works focused on the transportation sector. It also deals with issues related to regulatory agencies, basic sanitation and natural gas.
