Our mission is to defend and represent industry in the promotion of a favorable environment for business, competitiveness and sustainable development of Brazil. According to the precepts of its mission, CNI works in several areas aiming to support the interests of industry and its stances concerning issues on the national agenda.

The themes are divided into categories: legislative affairs, judicial branch, debureaucratization, economy, infrastructure, environment, international, social responsibility, technology and innovation, labor, education and support for micro and small businesses. CNI pro-actively performs in these areas seeking the development of productive sector and as consequence for the entire country.
